Over the past 18 years, Tejal has emerged as a widely respected leader in Seattle’s property development community. Seven years as a practicing architect cemented Tejal’s foundation in the built environment industry. She has since demonstrated expertise in due diligence and feasibility analysis, entitlement management, market analysis, community outreach, and development and construction management. Project types include urban mixed-use, mixed-income, historic renovation and adaptive reuse, affordable housing, and collegiate services. Tejal brings in-depth knowledge of innovative development tools, sustainable development techniques, public/private partnerships, financing mechanisms (tax-exempt bond financing as well as other sources of private equity and debt).
Cameron Hypes is a development manager with Pastakia + Associates. He has a firm background in real estate development and financing. Previously, Cameron has served as a land acquisition/disposition and development consultant to the SAMIS Land Company and as a consultant to Forterra. In his time with these firms he has worked throughout the Northwest on projects ranging from land conservation assessments and acquisitions to single-family tract developments and historical office redevelopments.
Cameron earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington.
